안녕하세요?

근골격계 질환의 근거위주 진료를 지향하는 “시리악스 정형의학 연구회”에서 “운동손상 증후군”의 워크샵을 시행합니다.

이번 워크샵은 그동안 정례 세미나를 통해 소개했던 운동손상 증후군의 개념과 원리, 그리고 근골격계의 생체역학적 통증의 관계에 대한 내용을 실습을 통해 공부하실 수 있습니다.

이번 코스를 통해 움직임, 자세의 정렬, 근육 길이, 뻣뻣함, 그리고, 운동 수행의 손상을 구분할 수 있는 방법을 공부하실 수 있습니다. 또한 이러한 증후군에 기여하는 요소의 구분뿐만 아니라 진단을 확인하는 검사를 시범 / 실습을 통해 확인하고, 진단의 의미와 중요성, 근육과 움직임 손상의 확인, 치료적 운동 프로그램의 개발, 자세 교정과 기능적 움직임 교정에 대해 함께 하신 선생님과 토론를 진행합니다.

세미나 진행은 검사, 자세교정, 움직임 패턴에 대한 시범/ 실습과 운동손상 증후군의 개념, 원리, 진단에 대한 강의 형식으로 진행됩니다.

각 분야의 전문성 및 특성을 반영하여 효과적인 강의가 되도록 시행하겠습니다.
